The Board of Directors has been working on the development of a new online Member page. This is a secured accessed location only available to Members in good standing. Members will use their last name and security code to gain access to the page. This Member page will allow the Board to communicate information to its members much faster and complete.

The new online Member page will contain sensitive/private member only information such as:

  • Newsletter – complete to include full Board reports and financials both current and past.
  • Board meeting videos – complete to include the meeting along with open forum both current and past.

To access the new Lake Mohawk Property Owner Association (LMPOA) Member page visit www.lake-mohawk.net

  1. Enter Member Last Name and Security Code in the appropriate input fields.
  2. Click “Submit” and you will be redirected to the LMPOA Member page.

If you wish to receive a printed-paper copy of the newsletter by mail, please send your Member Name, Mailing Address, and Lot Number either by:

  • Community News Page: Please inform us of any celebrations, awards, births, thank you’s etc.  The newsletter deadline for the next month’s newsletter is always on the calendar both online and in the current month’s newsletter.
