SIGN POLICY
"Open House", "For Sale", and "For Lease" signs can only be displayed from 6pm Friday until 12 Monday only.
CLUBHOUSE PAVILION RESERVATIONS
Property owners in good standing (dues paid) can reserve the clubhouse or pavilions as per board approval (4-23-87). Family related parties only. No business, class reunions, etc. are approved.
TRASH RECEPTACLES
Trash receptacles located on Lake Association Property are not for residential refuse. Property owners who violate this notice will be cited. Please pick up litter in your neighborhood - every little bit helps.
FRIENDLY REMINDERS:
- Please park all trailers, boats and RV’s off the roadway.
- Keep Lake Mohawk Beautiful - Please pick up litter in your neighborhood.
CHANGING ADDRESS?
If you have a new address, call notify the office at 330-863-1031 or by mail so there is no delay in getting your mail from the LMPOA. The newsletter is sent as bulk mail so the post office will not forward it.
ATTENTION REALTORS AND PRIVATE SELLERS

CLUBHOUSE FEES
Clubhouse fees are $75, Monday through Friday, plus a $50 refundable deposit; $100, Saturday and Sunday, plus a $50 refundable deposit. Deposits will not be refunded if proper cleanup is not done.

- All ads must be paid in advance.
- All ads must be submitted on forms available in the office
- You must submit your ad in the exact words you want it to appear. TYPE WRITTEN!
- Each month the deadline is printed for the next newsletter.
- No ads will be accepted after that date.
