Looking for a pontoon boat with a decent size motor (for at least tubing). I would like to keep the price around 7k or less if possible.
Please post here or email rstat72@yahoo.com if you have something I may be interested in.
Thanks,

Rob

We have three lots and are required to pay a water fee for each lot, even though they are all grandfathered together.  We absolutely hate this as we would have to pay a huge amount to even separate the lots, so why pay the extra availability fees.

Don't forget about the jazz concert at the beach on Wed. Aug. 4 from 6-9pm. While this is a free event, donations will be accepted to help cover the musicians fee.  Pack a picnic dinner, bring a blanket or chairs, sit on the lawn and enjoy some nice jazz music.  Watch for the donation hat being passed around!

While I understand your concerns, perhaps if we do not put the new sand down by the water (keeping it close to the playset and surrounding areas) then it will not get washed away by the water.  My family spends many days at our beach and I am tired of the dirt stains (I actually bought my kids brown swimsuits this year to blend in with the stains I knew would come).
Another complaint about our sand (or rather some people) - people need to use some manners and stop using the sand as their personal ash tray (get up and throw out those cigarette butts - how disgusting is it for your child to come up holding those nasty things?) Huh

AS long as we have unlimited horsepower at Mohawk it wont matter how much sand they haul in! The wake from the boats carry the sand to all other parts of the lake! Why waste the money??

Trotter 545 Treadmill.  This is health club quality. Rugged "heavy" (300 lbs) construction will last a lifetime. (did I say this thing is heavy?) LED display.  Program or manual workouts.   New units 3K or more in price.   Asking $900.

Would anyone be willing to donate some $$$ towards getting new sand for our beach so that our children's (and ours) bathing suits and clothes are not ruined every time they visit the beach?!  I know that my family is willing to donate  towards this.  I really have no idea how much $$ is needed or the amount of sand that is needed, but am willing to figure it out.  Yes, I realize that our roads new $$$ toward them as well, but this is something that really wouldn't need replacing/fixing for some time to come.
